In Photos: Chicago from Willis Tower Observation Deck

Willis Tower is the tallest building in Chicago and is the 2nd tallest building in United States. It is a 108 story skyscraper and has an observation deck called the ‘Skydeck’ on its 103rd floor. The Skydeck offers unparalled views of Chicago and is a must-see attraction in the Windy City.

These photos are taken in winter and the city is beautifully covered in snow. Lake Michigan is iced over and the overcast cloudy sky adds a raw starkness to the photos. These photos always remind me of my love-hate relation with the Windy City’s desolate winters.

I have taken winter photos from Skydeck Chicago in December 2009 & January 2010.
